Good, solid, engaging content plays the biggest role when it comes to why folks sign up for webinars, classes, workshops, etc. While convenience and cost are also contributing factors, they are easily overshadowed by great content.

As Millennials gain influence in the workplace, their consumer behaviors continue to shape and refine the workplace culture, as well. For example, Millennials are growing up in a world where Netflix and Amazon Prime are the norm, pay one price for all-you-can-eat access to content.
