I’m pleased to announce that Abila Grant Management Version 2014 is now available. Our newest release contains a great deal of new and improved functionality, including improved security, more customization, and additional reminders. One piece of functionality we’re most excited to offer in Grant Management is the addition of document storage. Our customers have been requesting the ability to save important files within the application, and through our partnership and integration with Box.com, we can now offer the ability to upload, store, share, and collaborate on documents throughout the grant records. Users can also attach documents to tasks, milestones and events so that all teams can easily manage key deliverables like reports and applications.
Some other areas with new functionality:
- Expanded executive view license provides users the ability to view grant and program records.
- Ability to create and customize affiliations and relationships for key contacts and organizations.
- Improved search for grants and contacts to help you easily find what you’re looking for.
- Additional reminders, data alerts, and audit stamps provide for a better user experience.
